Hi folks! Hope everyone’s had a lovely holiday and is raring to go for 2016!
It’s summertime here in South Africa and we’ve been having a heat wave for the past week or two. Today’s the first cool day we’ve had in a while. The heat saps my energy so I haven’t been as prolific as usual over this period, but I’ve taken advantage of the relief today and knocked out a couple of free mandala patterns. I spent the holidays drawing some very intricate animal skull illustrations that I’ve assembled into a ‘Decorative Skulls’ colouring pack. They’ll all fit on A4 and you might need your fineliners for some of the details, but I’ve been colouring a couple of them with my Copic markers too which have thicker nibs than fineliners, and I was managing fine!

I’ve also moved my colouring packs (all but the Star Wars one) to a site called Itch.io – I’ve swapped to that site because they allow for a ‘pay what you want’ payment model, which is very helpful for supporters who want to and are able to contribute a little more; I can set a small minimum price for my colouring packs, but buyers have the option to pay over that minimum amount.
